These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by WeBuildFast Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), doing business as WeBuildFast.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data — are owned by WeBuildFast Pte Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain Services may require a paid subscription. Payment terms are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBuildFast Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeBuildFast Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
